Boarding

At White Horse Farm, we treat your horse like our own. With 37 stalls and 2 large feed rooms, we have optimum space to take on new clientele. Our stalls include new fans and automatic waterers. Stalls are cleaned twice a day with shavings being refreshed whenever necessary. In the main barn, there are five indoor crossties available for grooming and tacking up your horse, as well as six outdoor crossties for hosing and bathing. Each boarder is provided an area to keep their items in one of our five tack rooms. 

We also boast a 200 X 100 English arena with jumps as well as a 200 X 120 Western arena with barrels and poles for riding. Our large property has ample space for hacking around under the oak trees and around our pond, or take a short ride down to Prairie Pines Preserve which has miles of trails available for you and your equine companion to enjoy!

Your horses feeding regimen is completely customizable. Our boarders have the option of having their horse’s grain, hay, and shavings delivered weekly by Mary Lou’s, or you may provide your own type of grain, hay, or shavings that you would like. Grain and hay are fed twice a day with the option of lunch. 

We have different options for turnout to ensure that it is suitable for every horse. Veterinary and farrier appointments are scheduled by the barn manager, with a $10 holding service fee provided if you are unable to attend appointments. For our boarders, lesson students, volunteers, or any visitors we have, there is a newly renovated bathroom and an air-conditioned lounge area with beverage and snack vending machines to allow optimal comfort for our guests. 

Next to each arena, there are shaded sitting areas to make watching your friends or family ride the most comfortable possible.
